This morning did not start off like I had planned. I wanted to go to the gym early this morning to start off the day energized for work, but I ended up snoozing the alarm about 5 times! I layed in bed with win for about 20 minutes before finally getting out of bed to take him on a walk. I took him on a longer walk than usual to make me feel better about not getting to the gym early. It worked! I had enough time to make myself a nice breakfast and pack a lunch. For breakfast, I loaded a bowl of Special K Protein Plus with strawberries and blueberries and a little skim milk, for a protein packed breakfast.
I didn't feel too bad about missing the gym this morning, because I will have time to go today after work. I have to run 5 miles, according to my training plan, for the Chick-Fil-a Miracle Miles Race I am running next month!
