Tuesday- 10 min. cardio warm-up, Shoulders & Obliques
Wednesday- 10 min. cardio warm-up, Biceps & Ab Ripper X
Thursday- 10 min. cardio warm-up, Triceps & Legs
Friday-  Morning spin class, Back, Lower Abs & Obliques
Saturday- Rest (Wakeboarding, which is actually a pretty good workout!)

August 23 - 29, 2010

Monday- Spin Class, Upperbody/Arms Weight Workout
Tuesday- Ab Ripper X
Wednesday- Day Off-Soreness!
Thursday- Morning Powerflex Class, 4 mile run
Friday-Morning Spin Class
Saturday- Run 4 miles, or 45 minutes
Sunday- Rest

August 15 - 22, 2010

Monday- 15 min. warm-up on treadmill, 45 min. Full Body weights workout
Tuesday- Rest
Wednesday- 20 min. stair step, 1hr. Step Class
Thursday- Powerflex Class
Friday- Morning Spin Class
Saturday- Cardio Kickboxing (Plus Golfing!)
Sunday- 6.5 mile run

August 8 - 14, 2010

Sunday- 6 mile run, 1 hour Body Works Class
Monday- 1 Hour Body Conditioning Class, Spin Class
Tuesday- 3 mile run (30-40 min), 15 min abs
Wednesday- Step plus Abs Class
Thursday- 15 min warm-up on the treadmill, 1 Hour Powerflex Class
Friday- Morning Spin Class
Saturday- Rest
