I have not been on my A-Game this week, with posting and gyming! I felt fine on Monday after taking a spin class, but Tuesday morning is still a blur!

I was tossing and turning all night with hot and cold flashes! Work was not any better! I didn't have an appetite, and felt dizzy all day!

It was not fun at all. All I have to say is one word to describe what saved the day: Lipton!

Soup always makes me feel better when I am sick! It's always what my mom used to make me to make me feel better....and it always works!

I love the extra noodles in the Lipton soup mixes! It was a meal in itself too, and it felt good to get some food in me, and work on getting my appetite back!

    What do you do, when you are sick, to make yourself feel better?
